Dr. Broderick Moses

Optometrist

Dr. Moses is a member of several optometric organizations and is licensed to practice optometry in Texas and Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State Association of Optometry, American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, Harris County Optometric Society and Optometric Professional Network.

Broderick Moses was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Throughout his grade school studies, he demonstrated a great aptitude for science and mathematics. He attended Xavier University of Louisiana as a Biology-Premed Major, obtaining several awards of recognition and an academic scholarship for tuition. Dr. Moses made the Dean's Academic List for several semesters and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Xavier University in 2004. Discovering a passion for optometry, he attended the University of Houston College of Optometry, considered to be one of the best optometry schools in the nation. Dr. Moses was appointed Letters of Excellence for clinical performance, received the Marco Scholarship for Leadership in Optometry, and was elected Student Consult for the Association of Schools of Optometry. Dr. Moses holds a Therapeutic Optometric and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist license, allowing him to treat all eye diseases.

Making a long time dream come true, Dr. Moses opened his first private practice, Texas Eye Center, on April 23, 2012. He is now able to treat patients to the fullest scope of optometry, through the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, and dry eye.

When Dr. Moses is not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing. He would like to retire next to a body of water so he can fish whenever he feels like it.

Dr. Diana Lebreton

Optometrist

Dr. Diana LeBreton was born and raised in New Orleans. She did her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University and at the University of New Orleans. She received her B.S degree in Biological Sciences in 1980 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston in 1982.

Shortly afterwards she obtained her Texas and California Optometry licenses. Dr.LeBreton did her internship at Hebert Naval Hospital before starting her profession in Dallas, Texas at Optical Clinic. Returning to her Louisiana roots she enjoyed commercial practice at Royal Optical and JCPenney Optical in Baton Rouge. After being in private practice for a season she returned to the Luxottica affiliates, Sears Optical and ultimately Lenscrafters at the mall of Louisiana from 2016 to present. Her scope of Optometry includes therapeutics, detecting eye diseases with state of the art equipment, fitting specialty contact lenses and prioritizing caring for her patients with thorough eye exams and accurate prescriptions. She  finds it rewarding helping her patients to see better.

Dr. Charles Dileo

Optometrist

Dr. DiLeo is a lifelong native of Louisiana.  He has been affiliated with LensCrafters for over 40 years.  Dr. DiLeo received his undergraduate degree from the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge; and, he received his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry in Houston, Tx.  Dr. DiLeo also served as president of the New Orleans Contact Lens Society for over 15 years. 


Dr. DiLeo enjoys helping all patients with their visual needs, especially those with complex eyeglass prescriptions and difficult-to-fit contact lens prescriptions.  Dr. DiLeo currently works on Mondays and Wednesdays at the LensCrafters in the Lakeside Shopping Center (1st floor) location.
